"Head up Hannah maybe 10-15 minutes & you'll (hopefully) see the hot spring on your left about 6' above the creek level.
There is a small soaking pool with a small camping area right across the creek from it."

That looks to be an interesting website, Lizard, The Beckoning. Only quibble I had with the author was he thought that the Blue Range Primitive Area is now a Wilderness Area. It's not! There is a Blue Range Wilderness Area, over on the New Mexico side of the boundary, but it's tiny compared to the Primitive Area. The bulk of that area still falls within the Primitive Area--last such designation in the US, I'm told.
I live near there, but haven't been to Hannah Hot Springs. Some of the write-ups I've seen the hikers found no pools, but if you read a lot of the write-ups it seems there are pools, just that some people don't find them.

We were there last year in November. The pool is shallow but definately soakable, and the water is hot. Highly recomended.
