It may be called something else. If we could see the photo it would help. Use "Add an Attachment" when replying down near the "Submit" button. If you don't have it in digital format to upload then you might tell us more about it.

Perhaps it's near Slide Rock State Park on private land? That's the site of the old Pendley Farm where Frank homesteaded 100 years ago in 1907. Known for his world famous apples and lots of old movie scenes filmed there with actors such as Stewart, Wayne & Hudson but I don't know of the arch.
My best guess is it's somewhere near the upper ridge that spans between Wilson Mtn to East Pocket. Accessible via Sterling Canyon past Vultee Arch. It's rugged country...

Okay I found it, easier than I figured. South of the orchard you will see the arch.
