Looks like See Canyon has been saved, reportedly not much fire damage.

In response to Nighthiker's reply: I was looking at the fire progression map and shows it was in the burn area... http://www.fs.fed.us/r3/tonto/news/docu ... on_518.jpg There is still lots of island areas that will keep burning untill the monsoons come.

Ran into a ranger when I did Horton Creek last Sunday. He said that See Canyon is in pretty good shape.
