There's a Sportsman Warehouse at 1750 S. Greenfield Rd, Mesa (480) 558-1111
However if you're coming from the Airport you have plenty of other choices.
From other forum post
Dschur on Oct 21 2003 12:28 pm I think it is against the FAA rules to carry the canisters on the airplane. Or even in your suitcases. Just like you are not able to carry lighters or anything in any of your cases....
Lizard on Oct 21 2003 01:10 pm Pressurized gas canisters cannot be taken on any airplane. USPS will only ship them via ground. I don't know about the private parcel shipping services.
this guy works/worked in baggage
AK on Oct 21 2003 11:06 pm your not allowed to carry or check hazardous materials (such as white gas) on commercial aircraft.
Just my personal opinion, if you're not getting clear cut answers from the airline I'd choose another

The FAA website has a clear list of what you can and cannot bring on an airplane, I used that site a year or two ago when we flew to Montana for an overnighter

That's an excellent recommendation. It's easy to google FAA and get the most current information.

You might make it an integral part of your plan to print the FAA regs that pertain to your items and have it at the ready.
