EARLY planning for Tahoe Rim Trail (165 mile loop) June '09

I am going to start this post...over a year in advance, because I need someone to hike it with me. I am looking at 12-14 day trip on the Tahoe Rim Trail (TRT) for early June of next year. I just got my book in the mail today and am going to start laying out the trip. I am hoping to identify spots to spend the night and get water. The trail is supposed to be amazing, and a VERY fun hike. If anyone is interested in doing something like this with me, then let's start talking now. I would like whoever decides to go to be involved in the planning. I am looking at between 12-18 mile days with some room for changes. The trip could be done as quick as 11 days if everything goes perfect, and stretch out as long as 14 days if the going is slow. I was thinking about driving over there one day, and hitting the trail the next. So, with this much notice, I am hoping someone has the job flexibility, or vacation days piled up to take the time to do this trail. Let's start talking. -Tyler
