Tomatillo-Avocado Salsa
1 pound tomatillos (about 15) husked, rinsed and roughly chopped
2 medium avocados, peeled, pitted and roughly chopped
1-3 serrano chiles (adjust to your heat preference)
3/4 cup (1 bunch) fresh cilantro leaves
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon salt
Place everything in a blender or food processor and puree. Add water to adjust the consistency, if needed.
