Found this very entertaining. Google "Hucking Huge" "Salome Creek" these two guys portaged kayaks ( and dragged them out) and ran the Jug. It show one guy rapping the drop and one guy supposedly jumped in. Looks pretty exciting, if not crazy.

I went to the website, it's definitely a few sites down on the google results, and putting both those phrases in quotes renders no results (at least when I tried it). Those guys are nuts! In their other adventures, there's pictures of them kayaking down 20-30 foot waterfalls. I didn't even know that was possible.

Is that last waterfall in Salome Creek relatively safe to jump? Are there any tricky rocks or ledges to dodge at the bottom, or is it just about getting past a mental barrier?

Unless you have been a few times I would not jump when the water is muddy. (seems like a 'duh', but you never know who reads these posts). When the water is clear the jump is easy, without many obstacles, but getting to the off camber perch gives some folks the heebie-jeebies, especially as your shoes will be wet. Caution here will be rewarded.
Note: there is a climb-around on creek right for any non-hucksters.

Anything I've read said that their is an optional dry rappel on creek right, but nothing suggested there was a non-technical climb. Good to know!

Cool. I think they had some of those guy's films at Banff a few years back; it showed them dropping through some savage slot canyon at a thousand miles an hour or something.
