Does anyone know the name of the campground that is located N34 20.345 W110 58.894 where the Drew Trail meets the top of the rim/FR300?

I didn't know there was one, those coordinates are pretty much snap on the upper Drew TH. Mogollon, Aspen & Spillway are nearby. Todd, Dawn or a slew of others would know better than me.

It's something like Forest Camping Area 9350 (off of FR 9350 which heads south from FR 300)

I believe that's correct. The upper Drew T/H is in site 15(?) of the 41 sites.

Yup. That's it. I believe its technically an "undeveloped" campground, meaning there's no fee to camp there. I believe however that there are numbered sites, fire rings, and even a camp host during the summer. (I've seen signs that indicate "Camping Area Full" while driving by on FR300).

The Mogollon Campground is the closest "developed" campground ... meaning "concessionaire-operated, fee-required" ... just about a mile to the east of the Drew Canyon trail.

That's the one I have been looking for. Been working way too much and need a relaxing break this weekend. Although when I was up there last it was quite busy, sure beats carrying the gear around. I haven't been able to find any info online, such as fees, etc. Any links?

Thanks Everyone!

There's no information on this area that I can find because it's not an "official" campground. But you can call the Black Mesa Ranger District and ask them anything you want to know, as I'm sure they are familiar with it.

Camping Area 9350 is 'free'*. (*-included in your 45%+ taxes)

West end it makes a dog leg and their are a couple of camp sites in the trees if you prefer or you can set up along the "Rim". At the end is a gate across a road that leads to what looks like a gravel pit and the road continues on to FR 300. I mtn bike this area. Have a good trip.

There is a camp host up there in the summer. He's Mountain Man Ed (Knoll Lake host)'s brother
