Sups trail(?) status / condition?

I am unfamiliar with the trail/route that starts up the Horrell Creek drainage off FR 305, passes Flat Rock Spring, Musk Hog Spring and Mormon Corral Spring before dropping into Campaign Creek.
I seem to remember that this is an old de-commissioned trail ... maybe the K.R.N. trail? Maybe an old section of the Pinto Peak trail?

Has anyone hiked the length of this trail? If so; any beta you'd care to share?
Thanks in advance!

In response to hikeaz:
Stiller, topohiker, and I drove the entire FR305 on 4/29/07 to hike the Cuff Button TR#276 from the west end.. see this triplog for hike and FR305 road discussions---> http://hikearizona.com/TL.php?ID=13409 . Just before reaching the end of FR305, there was a rough, overgrown 4x4 road fork where FR306 takes off NW heading up to Musk Hog Springs where before decommissioning, use to be the SE TH Start for the Pinto Peak TR#213. On our 4/29 day outing I had also planned to drive up FR306 to try and find this TH Start for TR#213, but there was not enough time in the day.. but Irv Kanode did (see his 4/7/07 forum post)---> http://www.hikearizona.com/dex2/viewtop ... f=7&t=2662 .

As far as I can determine, SW half of the Pinto Peak trail+KRN trail=Campaign Trail

The trail Kurt is asking about is shown on my map without a name, I believe it is the other NE half of the Pinto peak trail. "Hiking Arizona's Superstition and Mazatzal Country " verifies this.

As far as I can tell, the trail looks OK and might be brushy between Musk Hog Spring until you get west of Mountain Spring. The entire trail looks to be in a wash so conditions may depend on the last time it rained.
