I'm going to finish the trails here that I haven't yet done: #190 - Check Dam Trail, #200- Toll Road Trail, and #214 - East Mountain Trail. I'll probably start at the Toll Road TH, but maybe Icehouse CCC, haven't decided yet. Mileage I think is in the 12-15 range, and the usual 3000'+ AEG. Leaving Mesa at 5:30am again.

Yes, dayhike. I have to be at work Monday. Shouldn't be too hard.

You might want to check with the Globe ranger district about the East Mountain Trail, it was likely affected by the fire back in June.
I apologize in advance for the Check Dam Trail. Tollroad is nice, though.

I think it only affected a relatively small section of the East Mt. Trail. We got this map from our hike there when that happened:

I have a map of the trail. Once you're in the fire damaged area, a map isn't much good anyway.

FWIW I did Six Shooter-Telephone today, and there were no signs warning of trail closures at the Icehouse CCC. That doesn't mean much...

Might need it there most if the trail is gone, the contours of the land shouldn't change. However I haven't been there so I haven't a clue.
