Leaving early tomorrow a.m. for four days at the Grand Canyon; meeting a neighbor and golfing buddy from my California days. Gonna see who can tell the most outrageous lies about recent golf rounds (I'm at a real disadvantage 'cause I've only played four times in past three months, but I'm a much better liar than my buddy :!: ) Hope to spend some time on the Hermit trail, but just a short one. Y'all need to keep Bigfoot, aka Teva Joe, in line 'til I get back Friday. I'm sure GTG and Mike are up to the task :!:

Had a great time; hiked to dripping spring. Great hike in, but coming out got hit by wind blown rainstorm just as I hit the junction with Hermit trail; don't think I've been that wet in the shower :!:
