Sept 12th El Nino discussion

And check out the discussion of El Nino that was released the day after 9/11. We didn't notice it in the press in the last couple of days and think maybe it got lost in the 9/11 media coverage. Anyway, good news, the 9/12 information shows Arizona being clearly wetter than normal. In spite of our own personal experience with "wetter than normal" we welcome this news!
