I'm going to take the trail down to Fossil Springs on Wednesday. Anyone interested in a nice hot day swim event?

I keep putting this off, but with school obligations for the next two weeks and monsoon season coming I figure it's this weekend or never. I got out too late yesterday and the weather looks less than idea for today, but tomorrow should be a hot dry winner.

Did you guys make this hike? I was curious how it was and what to expect? All that I read says to avoid it during the summer and that it was a decent hike in. Wondering if our 8 and 10 year olds can make it.
