I've been editing some Tucson trail pages and noticed that in the past hour and half the temp dropped from 97 to 79!
Hope that comes this way!
Come on mother nature, I double dare ya, bring on the rain!!!

I has been raining in Flag all afternoon. We went through a fantastic storm last night coming home from Sedona--lightening in every direction and rain so hard we were going 30 on the freeway--the wipers could not keep up. Really cool storm to be out in.
I just turned on the weather channel--55 degrees--I knew it was chilly!

Yesterday we really got slammed here in Tucson. When I drove over to rescue my wife who rode her bike, I got up to my headlights in water on a normal looking city street. No wash, just a street. I made it through but a couple of others did not and had to be pulled out by a big truck. We got hail all over town all afternoon and there was a lot of damage from that. I bet we got at least two and maybe three inches out of that storm.
Today the storms are not all over but I did see one down by the airport that looked pretty big and that is where they report.

Heavy rains including hail wednesday night in the Payson area, I was camped at the trailhead campground (Upper Tonto) for Horton Crek. The storm also produced quite a lightning storm.
