Ok. Let's see. First my left foot goes forward, then my right foot. Oh! And then my left foot again and then my right foot again! And repeat again. What? Left foot forward, then right foot...repeat.

Yeah, I can remember how to walk, I think.

I think any activity that gets blood flowing upstairs is good for memory.
