No matter what either of them said, leaving somebody in that situation is awful low. She must have panicked pretty thoroughly to be unable to find a road in three days. She also must have spent a good chunk of that time going exactly the wrong way, but in her likely mental and physical state I guess that's not surprising.

Mingus is a small place. I wonder if chemicals were involved.

Yeah, it would be pretty hard for anyone with presence of mind and decent plan to not find a road, even without a map.

Must have been a heck of a disagreement for them to go their separate ways in a place like that.

I see everyone blaming the guy, but frankly she had to be a moron to start on a road and not figure out where to go to get back to it in 3 days.

As far as not knowing where she was in 3 days, I suspect that the guy probably had no idea she was still out there, at that age there's lots of b***chy girls out there that run off in a huff about something trivial and you don't hear back from them for days. Most females are smart enough to not blow up on you and run off until you are at least back in civilization though...
