Ride-EZ - R/T town car to Sky Harbor - Donate to HAZ

I have a voucher for 1 round-trip via town car to/from Sky Harbor airport. It expires on 11/9. They will meet you at baggage claim (if you wish) to assist with the transport of your bags to the car.
I purchased this coupon on livingsocial, but will be travelling on terra firma through the expiration date. It has (at least) a $70 value, more if you live in the Valley outskirts. http://www.ride-ez.com/
I will mail this voucher (I can also send it electronically) to the first person to donate at least $40 to HAZ. (look at the very bottom of the HAZ FORUM MAIN PAGE (edit: thank chumley), index.php under 'general'). Please post here to avoid multiple folks paying - I have but one voucher.
