Just got my hands on a copy of this long awaited gem! Its got some really nice new routes in it that I can't wait to check out. I'm not sure if there is an official release date, but I'm making sure we put in an order with the distributor ASAP. Hopefully we'll have some on the shelves at Changing Hands in a couple weeks :)

I'm really looking forward to this book! I read the first two cover to cover and really enjoyed all the info and history. It's hard to believe so much happened out in the Supes. I can't wait to see what else Jack Carlson has dug up.

Kyle - on a side note my rehab is coming along nicely. Let's plan a hike in the near future. :)

Their first book is what got me started hiking. Thank you Jack and Elizabeth.

I hope to see it soon. I hope it doesn't take too long to transfer my marginal notes.

I got a signed copy and have been leafing through it. I always like the history section that is written for each hike and the historical photos. I found a description of Joe Bartel's Massacre Route to the Supes Ridgeline, and think Jack read through the Trap canyon triplogs, but crediting Joe is the only direct HAZ reference I've located so far.

Found some credit to Irv Kanode as well. Some of the paragraphs in the Fish Creek hike descriptions seem oddly familiar, but I can't place the particulars. All in all this book has given me more reason to go re-hike some areas I hadn't planned on re-visiting.

Was able to pick up a copy, an excellent book and visiting the museum was a plus.
