Jake demanded I post an event for a HAZ spring gathering on April 7th, or the 7th and 8th, depending on perspective. So, I am. I guess people can show up on the 6th, but 2 nights may be a bit much for me.

A spring gathering for HAZ members in the Flagstaff area. a night of camping and a hike or two. I want to do Elden 2 times in a row on day one, and maybe another hike. If Elden isn't your game, there is the Elden Environmental Study area with the spring, nearby. Plus, other potential trails on the 8th.

You are aware that that is Easter Weekend right?

I am now, but I have off then, so the event stands.

I'm all for HAZers wearing bunny or Jesus costumes. It will still be chilly in Flag, so a warm fur suit or long flowing robes will be comfortable. I recommend against sandals, though.

I would be interested if there was a little more advance notice.

It was a spur of the moment thing yesterday. It's almost 12 days of notice, but I guess a month is better.

Working the 6th and 7th, so canceled.

So, I was sick, couldn't confirm mys schedule, and I am not working on the 6,7, or 8th. Therefore, I will likely go to Flag on either Friday or Saturday, and I think I will camp. PM me if you think you want to hike or camp.
