I'm a filmmaker originally from Columbus, OH - I solo thru hiked the entire Arizona trail last Fall, brought over 5 pounds of video equipment with me and made it into a feature length film. It will be released in May - in the meantime, take a look at the trailer and let me know what you think! This was the longest hike I've ever attempted. I was blown away at how incredible and diverse the scenery was.

If you're looking for a great theater in Arizona to screen it at, check out Filmbar. They have a great beer list, too!

Hey Trevor-
Nice work! Meeting up along the trail that evening last fall, we got to talking about mapping resources for the Arizona Trail. In fact, that discussion was the impetus for the map CD referenced occasionally in hushed tones on this forum. So we have you to thank for that little push of hunchbacked, computer-bound labor. Reminds me that a BA in geography / cartography is never a very glamorous nor essential pedigree to hold lol. I think you'll rally the masses with your offering, in full HD no less. Looks like it's been a productive winter all around, and just in time for the centennial celebrations, eh?

What a wonderful representation of the Arizona Trail and the emotional rollercoaster that comes with undertaking such a long walk. Fantastic!!

I talked Andrew Skurka out of it. I take it he walked the Beeline all the way to Payson.
