AZT Journals - Please Share

I was asked in another thread to share more about my thru-hike of the AZT. I expect there are many more stories out there to be shared. If you've got an AZT journal hiding out there, please add to this thread.
http://hikingdude.com/trail-azt.php has my AZT info. My journal is made from my ontrail blog posts, plus additional photos and text.
I walked about 1,700,000 steps from Mexico to Utah, according to my pedometer. This was fun for me to check every day.
I hiked alone for 13 days and with two separate buddies for 21 days, neither of which got to Utah.
When hiking with someone, average miles per day was 19.3 but, when alone, it was 27.9 miles and I wore myself out. :stretch:
