The First Water TH has reports for those springs. I don't remember the dates for the last time they were checked but they were both listed as dry last weekend.

I've only passed by Whiskey Spring a couple times at this time of year, and it was bone dry both times. There are often some good pools near the entrance to Trap Canyon. La Barge and Charlebois are the good sources. I wouldn't count on anything else, but I'm pretty conservative about water. OK, I'm obsessively conservative about water.

I think this is what I'm going to have to do in order to have any reasonable hope of finding H2O. Thanks for the suggestion! :thanx:

A group of us were out by La Barge Spring and Charlebois Spring back on October 13 and both had plenty of water. I attached a couple of pics
Pic number 8285 is of La Barge Spring. It's just above the creek which will be dry.
Pic number 8297 is of Charlebois Spring
