Day Hike up Skunk Creek and New River

Looking for something really different? and really off the beaten path? How about joining me for a day hike up Skunk Creek, visit some Indian ruins (and perhaps find more) then head up along New River, maybe trek down Big Spring Canyon, then loop back down into Skunk Creek. I'd estimate looking at the topo maps it'd be about 5-7 miles. You're not likely to find this on any listed hiking page.
I'm looking to go next week anytime between Nov. 21 - 24. (I'm off Thu & Friday) This area is on the Daisy Mountain quadrangle (N3352.5) map
