NWS SF Peaks-specific weather page

The National Weather Service has launched a forecast page specific to recreation on the San Francisco Peaks. This includes wind forecasts for the ridges that will affect those who hike Humphreys.

It's nice to see the NWS recognize that the peaks feature weather conditions that are totally different from nearby Flagstaff, but affects a large number of recreational users and justifies a specific forecast page.
