Lake Powell Camping

I am going to be up in the Page area next weekend hiking the Wave and other local spots. I am looking for a fairly easily accessed campsite that I can use as a base camp near Lake Powell. I know about the Paria Canyon Guest Ranch and the BLM campsites at White House and Stateline but I am looking for something near the lake if possible.

Ideally not something where there are ton of "loud partiers". As much as I like a good party it is nice to get away from people. Any suggestions?

@Boscoaz

"Near Lake Powell"? How about "above Lake Powell". Might I suggest http://hikearizona.com/photo.php?ZIP=329599. My suggestion may fail the "easily accessible"test, but I'm confident it will pass the "ton of loud partiers" test. It should even pass the "any" test. If you're into dispersed camping, then you probably can't find a more scenic spot than http://hikearizona.com/photo.php?ZIP=329600.

End of the road at the Paria townsite, off the road on Buckskin Mountain, above the rim of Long Canyon on the way to Cobra Arch...

Thanks for the info but I don't know the area very well and don't know the spots you are referring to. Would it be a bother to ask for you to map them and post a link?

From the NPS website... http://www.nps.gov/glca/planyourvisit/campgrounds.htm

Hope that helps. I don't think as many HAZ'ers get up that way. It says you can camp anywhere undeveloped in the park for free so maybe just print out a backcountry road map and pick a dirt road that heads towards the water.
