Can I drive Schnebly Hill Road with a passenger car? About 5 years ago,I drove it from interstate 17 into Sedona with a passenger car.I had no problem making it. I have heard that it is no longer maintained. There are some trails I would like to hike that are about 5 or 6 miles up the road from the "Y". I will be in Sedona in May of next year. Mike

if you go slow you can most likely make it, unless there's some huge snow melt in the spring
It's been years but I drove it in a Ford Escort many times
best to avoid the weekends as you'll get anonyed by the big trucks whizzing by

My sister in law did it in her Honda Accord in September and although she said she wouldn't do it again, she had no problems...

Do you like your suspension?
Yeah, you can drive it in a passenger car, but it is ROUGH. My buddy takes his horses up there and says the road is getting worse.
This is Arizona, you must have a friend with a truck that you can borrow. Or, rent an small truck from Uhaul.
