Mount Peeley Access, Mount Ord Access, FR300, Four Peaks

I had my kids in for Thanksgiving, and we did the "Tour De Arizona" Conditions are as follows:
Mount Peeley 201 to the trailhead has been recently graded and is now suitable for most vehicles, although I wouldn't suggest trying it in a "Low Rider" We were there Saturday and had the place all to ourselves. FR25 to the National Mine is also recently graded and in excellent condition.
Mount Ord access road has also been recently graded and is suitable for all vehicle traffic all the way to the summit.
FR300 (Rim Road) from 87 to 260 is in decent shape with washboarding in some areas.
FR143 from 87, (The Beeline) all the way to Roosevelt Lake is in good condition. Washboarding abounds but at the dreaded section at Mud Springs has been recently graded and topped with new gravel.
This, by the way is what you do when you have two bored, grumpy kids on your hands.
