Bush ID?

I see these things everywhere -- particularly in the Phoenix Mountain Preserve "triangle" between Thunderbird, Cave Creek & 7th St. I tried searching Google images, with no luck. It's definitely not a brittlebush. Help please? :)

Totally different plant. Look at the closeup of the leaves on a brittlebush, and then on this ... :)

(Not a white bursage either ...)

It is triangular leaf bursage. Your photograph has their flowers as well. They are green and blend in with the plant.
