Glad its not this weekend with highs projected in the 80's. Early forecast calls for a 20 degree drop. Ridgeline in the 60's sounds much better.

Good. I've got a couple more non-HAZers committed also. Also, an offer by a HAZ'er to help with shuttle. 6:30am meet up at Mining Camp.

Looks like total group size will be 4 - 6. Fellow HAZer, Trishness, has kindly offered a shuttle ride from Mining Camp to Peralta.

If we end up with 6 or more, then we will have to take a second vehicle over to Peralta. Looking forward to Ridgeline. See you at Mining Camp TH on Sunday, 6:30am.

So sorry we missed you. A group of three hikers plus our awesome shuttle driver, Trish, showed up at 6:20 and held position at Mining Camp for 20 minutes. Looking back, I should have traded phone numbers with you just to check status. Part of me felt like we were jumping the gun at 6:40, but then I've also been left standing at trailheads for 30 minutes waiting for someone who never shows up.
Lesson learned on this one. Always exchange phone numbers with committed hike partners. We certainly would have waited a few more minutes if we knew for sure something hadn't come up and you were indeed on your way.
Again, my sincerest apology for missing you.

I learned that lesson the hard way too. That and if HAZ is down and you haven't exchanged personal emails either.
