Get these militia groups out of my backyard! We have enough local yahoos out there without the out of state types joining the mix.

And just when I was thinking of a return southerly to locate and pay my respects to the 10th cavalry gravesites near the border. I was planning on seeing border patrol, illegal immigrants and now militia too!! Can't go this weekend but soon. This stuff is so irritating but it's still my country and if I want to hike every square inch of it that is not private land I will do so. This won't stop me.

Blame your US Government for doing nothing. If they don't want armed bozo's on patrol, then maybe they should step up and do a better job of protecting our borders. American border security is a joke. How easy is it for a trained terrorist to cross? We can't even stop children.

While it's not Arizona, there was a guy who dressed up like Osama bin Laden and crossed into the US multiple times. I'm all for legal immigration (thank God my parents and grandparents made the trek), but we need to do something to plug up the southern border.

Lock up every red-blooded American who employs illegal immigrants, 5 years per violation, and the "secure the border" hysteria will dry up instantaneously.

Of course, doing that would jack up our grocery prices and result in our neighbors being terrorized instead of a bunch of faceless foreigners, so no politician will ever allow it to happen. And the cycle of hypocrisy continues.

It is the US Government's fault. People aren't going to keep putting up with illegal immigration, and the Border Patrol is a joke.

The US Government won't:
1. legalize drugs to stop the War On Drugs, which we'll never win.
2. fine or punish illegal immigrants from crossing the border.
3. amend or eliminate the 14th Amendment (google it) to eliminate anchor babies.
4. help the Central American countries that the US control by sponsoring corrupt dictators to get cheap fruit and other resources (google that too)
5. deny illegal immigrants an education.

Until the government does something, the border areas are going to get worse.
