Oak Creek Re-opening after Slide Fire

AZ Daily Sun reports that most of Oak Creek will re-open Wednesday 10/01

-- Cave Springs Campground (closed for the season)
-- AB Young Trail
-- A section of land between Slide Rock State Park and Halfway picnic area
"While the monsoon season has passed, there continues to be a potential for occasional storms and the treat of severe flash flooding is still present within the canyon and surrounding areas," according to a press release. "In addition, falling trees and rocks are possible even without rain."

Any update on West Fork? I see that on the website

It says temporarily closed.
but,... on this map, it only shows the AB young trail as closed.

Update indeed - it's officially open!
Just got back from a great hike there, and posted a triplog on the trail conditions here (figuring lots of folks might be interested in knowing how it survived):
