That I'm either overlooking or too blind to see?

Good question. There is not. It concerns me some will misread it. Rather a judgment of miles, aeg, terrain, weather & such should be examined.

I noticed
@arizona_water 's recent post of the
Pyrenees Haute Route through-hike tallied 783 seeds which made me look at some others.
Only the AZT is listed as a
complete hike (other national trails are only listed as individual segments) ... but that tallies a whopping 1028 seeds.
Rim to Rim to Rim is a paltry 99.5 seeds.
C2C is only 73 seeds.
Telescope Peak isn't written up, but will be more than C2C. Not sure how much the off-trail component will factor into that one.
I know that Kokopelli Seeds are not an absolute measure of things and results may be up for debate. Sort of like NFL QB Rating... ;)
But it's a cool little estimator tool anyway!
Now I've got to go earn
2.76 seeds on this brutal climb!

@chumley Yeah, I saw that my post was 783 seeds and I was a little shocked...haha. I love the concept of the Kokopelli seed rating though!

Thanks. Link fixed. It's Cactus to Clouds ... from Palm Springs to San Jacinto. 10,000+ feet AEG.
