Pipeline Trail Access Point on Super Trail

I hiked to McCleary Peak with a group Saturday that used the Pipeline Trail shortcut - Super Trail, then Pipeline Trail, then Kent Spring Trail, etc. My question/comment has to do with where the Pipeline Trail starts off from the Super Trail. We saw a trail to the left with a pipeline about 0.3 miles from the Super Trailhead, but we continued to another trail to the left with no pipeline when it started just under 0.4 miles from the Super Trailhead. The Super Trail was gong through an eroded cut with the Pipeline Trial going up the eroded left bank. I would suggest that the Super Trail distance to the Pipeline Trail/Track in the Rodger's Rock hike description be adjusted to just under 0.4 miles and the author might also want to include "The Super Trail was gong through an eroded cut with the Pipeline Trial going up the eroded left bank."

Thanks for the suggestion. Looking at the map, there are 6 posted GPS routes that take the Pipeline trail, and they all seem to be exactly on top of one another, so it seems that the turn is reasonably easy to find for anybody looking for it?

It's very common for different GPS to be off by 1/10th of a mile. For a trail junction that close to the TH, it might be off by 20% just depending on where you start recording your GPS in the parking lot!
You may want to enter a
comment at the bottom of the hike description page

Or you may use the correction link at the bottom of any page where you find an error.

The turn onto the Pipeline Trail is easy to spot if you are looking in the right place and don't turn off too early. That is why I mentioned it is just under 0.4 miles, so hikers don't turn early at what looks like the trail at 0.3 miles.
Does anyone have a way point for Rodger's Rock. I don't see one anywhere, but then I'm not that familiar with hikearizona.com web pages
