Section Hiking sobo Utah to Flagstaff 8/11

The date is locked in. And GC camp reservations are made at the N. Rim and Bright Angel. I'll be hiking with my 2 kids (21 & 19). Hoping by starting in mid August some of the monsoon rains will keep us supplied with water specifically on the section south of the Tusayan. Any updates or trail info would be greatly appreciated.
