Piestewa, Squaw and Johnson

Well, the 51 lost the designation "Squaw Peak Parkway" when the peak was renamed in honor of Lori Piestewa.
Now the parkway is being named after Arizona Diamondbacks hall of fame pitcher Randy Johnson (who wore uniform #51).

For something that has previously had a name some found offensive, I think that this nomenclature invites all kinds of additional problems. Not sure our government always thinks things like this fully through.
"I'll be home late tonight. I'm stuck on the Johnson"
"You should take the Johnson through Dreamy Draw"
"There's a crash where the Johnson hits Cactus"
"The Johnson's a mess. You should get off on Thomas"
etc.
Yes. I have the maturity of a 12 year old.
