Looking for 150 - 200 miles of trail in mid-December.

I'm looking for a continuous stretch of trail to do during my winter break from school in mid-December, about 150 - 200 miles.

Right now I have my eye on doing the AZT from Oracle to Sunflower, or maybe slapping together some trails in the Superstitions. Just somewhere low enough where its unlikely to snow and where there will be water or an easy means of caching it prior to starting the hike.

Suggestions?

That was going to be my recommendation.

Covers some of the same ground at the start, and might get too cold (esp. over the Pinalenos), but you may want to do some of the Grand Enchantment Trail.

An option I've considered (not in AZ) is the PCT from Mexico up to Highway 74 or thereabouts, San Diego County to Riverside County.
