Was she cute, lonely, and single?
Who am I to nitpick?
Was she breathing?

Yo Chums,
Don't go all "John Alden" on me. I'd like to make that call for myself.

Odds are good she will leave the U.S. before the hearing date, unless there is some way to keep her around.

True - but if she ever returns to the US, there will be a Federal warrant out for her arrest. Committing a crime on Federal land is no joke, and the consequences of fleeing are made clear to foreign perpetrators.
