Helo in Siphon Draw/Flatiron area yesterday

Anyone else spot that helo that decided to fly right up siphon draw and up to the side of the iron yesterday? (Shocked to not see other triplogs for flatiron for the 1st, especially with the massive numbers I saw out there.)
Trying to ID the chopper since it didn't appear to be SAR, government, or anything other than private/commercial.
No known rescues on the mountain that day either. It just came up low into the draw, over us, kinda hovered at the mid point where you'd pick which of the three canyons to go up, went up in elevation along the face of the flatiron, then took off to the east never to be seen again.
