American History Quiz

Beware this is 78 questions. With more of an interest in math/science I expected 40% yet squeaked out 66%. Which rated "Uncle Sam is Impressed", really... boy that is semi sad. Living in Arizona for decades helped on a few question. Going to middle school in Oklahoma and taking Oklahoma history was useless. Which is sad as my teacher dressed up like the characters he taught. I learned a little, pulled a few outta my pumpkin and missed a couple I shouldn't have missed. Obviously you could google in another window. I refrained as I wanted to see if Bruce had merit in his doorknob comparisons.

87% though it would be a couple fewer if the photo above the question didn't give away the answer!

98%. Missed one question, the one that asked "Which of these cities was never the capital of the US?" I guess my MA is good for something!

96% - but many of these weren't historical - they were current events
The answer to the question about the US Supreme Court is wrong. There are normally 9 Justices but there are currently only 8 Justices. I remembered that FDR served 3 terms, I goofed and forgot that he actually was elected to 4 terms. And I think I voted for him for that 4th Term. I didn't remember fighting the United Kingdom in 1812, I thought we were fighting the British. I don't remember fighting any Scots or Irish. Most of the people who built the White House were skilled tradesmen, ok maybe a few slaves did help with the construction, but they were not the primary builders.

66% with Joe. I'd say I should spend less time staring at maps and more time studying something that matters, but that simply won't happen.
