I love the outdoors. I am looking for a female hiking partner or a group of hiking friends for are willing to do some easier hikes 2 - 4x month. Even though I’m a little outta shape, I love being on the trail. If you are interested, please e-mail me and maybe we can get together soon.

I'm in El Mirage and always looking for hiking comapnions. I have about 1 million miles in at the White Tank Mountains, I'm very familiar with the trails out there. Let's go!

OK, I'm excited. I've been wanting to hike in the White Tanks, too. Is next weekend a good time?

Hi Ladies!
I'm new to this forum and so glad I found it! I'm interested in joining your little group for any easy-moderate day hikes so let me know if you have anything planned. The last time I did any serious hiking was last summer in Sedona and then I lost my hiking buddy, so I am a little out of shape myself........have not been able to find anyone else who enjoyed it until I found this place. I live in AJ so I am close to the Superstitions and Usery Mtns but don't want to hike by myself out there.
Let me know what you might have planned and keep me in mind.
Thanks!
Trish
Cool!

I have been sadly lacking in hiking for at least 3 months so am out of shape as well....
I have sundays and wednesdays off....
Hiking with anyone would be a good incentive to get back into it... ;]

In response to Newbie hiker's reply:
Hey Newbie!! I am interested in hiking with you. I have recently lost approximately 60lbs., however I am still out of shape and I have more to lose, so the easy trails work for me. Let me know.
Happy Trails...

If anyone is interested, a group of us hike every Tuesday and Thursday evening at Piestwa (Squaw) Peak. We meet at 6:00 p.m. and do the summit trail. We meet by the first set of rest rooms. the picnic area has a name, howeer, I have not a clue what it is. We just know where to meet. If interested we will be doing Camelback this Sunday in the a.m. If you have not done Camelback before, its an experience.
All are welcome.

In response to David Garcia's reply:
Hi David -
I just moved to Squaw Peak area this past weekend. I have done the Perl Charles trail a couple of times already (at 0500). I"m interested in getting with a group to hike at least a couple of times per week at night as well. Do you still meet up with a group on Tues/Thurs?
P.S. - I hike with my dog - so whatever trail will have to be dog friendly.

Yes, we are still meeting every Tuesday and Thursday night on Squaw Peak. You are welcome to join us whenever you want. Drop me a PM and I will give you my cell phone number. I don't think I am supposed to do that in these open Forums. Don't want to get in trouble with the Webmaster, again.
Your not supposed to take your dog on the Squaw Peak Summit trail, however, I have seen it done all the time. I say take the chance. By the way we may be moving the hike to Cholla Trail (Camelback Mtn) for the winter hours and it is definately puppy friendly. I think Cholla and the Squaw Peak summit are very simular in difficutly.
Do to light considerations we have moved the start time to 5:45 p.m. Hope to see you.
