I've had a friend ask about car camping at the End of the World above Sedona. I've not been there but these coordinates look like the right location. Can anyone confirm this is the right place? Or maybe is there a better spot nearby? We will be rendezvousing with several other cars up there.

That's one of the areas used for that term. Instead of going all the way to the that point take one of the short right arms a bit before.
