Larus argentatus

Habitat:Breeds and Summers in Canada. Fulltime Resident in Upper Great Lakes, New England and the Mid-Atlantic States. Winters throughout most of the Southern Midwest and Eastern States and all along the Pacific Coast. Common in all Aquatic Habitats.

Description:Adults are White with Gray Back and Wings. Wing tip Black with White Spots. Yellow Bill with Red spot on lower Mandible. Feet Pink or Flesh colored. Takes 4 years to reach Adult Plumage.

Comments:This is the most common Gull inland and along the Coast.
