Interesting tower near the bridge. Not sure what it's for. Maybe some sort of gauge for the water level. Also there's a mystery contraption on a cable that crosses the river. On the other side the cable is anchored in a steep cliff face, so it's not for carrying stuff across the river. Anyone know?
