After seeing this disgusting display, I don't think I ever want to drink from a public fountain again. Liberalism is a mental disorder. "Lady, bring an effin bowl, fill it and let your dog drink from the bowl." This is what NORMAL people would do, but South Florida is an effin WEIRD place I swear....
