I have to say, it is very discouraging to see this new construction destruction happening on Cave Creek Road and here along Sonoran Parkway. I am on Apache Vista Trail looking to the southeast toward the Phx Mtn Preserve. I just don't think they have thought through the infrastructure; especially on Cave Creek Road that is already much more crowded over the last 5 years.
