About 2.4 mi in, seconds away from shortcutting this hike on FS37

As chums has pointed out many times, I do not have 4WD. Did that once when JJ drove, but I can't remember anything other than JJ driving through a small lake due to all the rain.

It is a very nice desert hike if in the area, but there's no way in hell I would make the drive only for that lower 2.4 mi.
