Surprised Carrizo Mountain sandmat isn't listed on Haz. I searched by its scientific name (Euphorbia pediculifera). I found an observation on iNaturalist that is so close in location ( https://www.inaturalist.org/observations/38343366 ), it could be the same plant (depending on satellite drift).
