Criminal S-bags LOSERS are doing this. Simple solution.... 1st Jail them, then fine them, then deport them if they came here from a third World s-hole!! If they were born here, maybe they should be deported and put in some 3rd World s-hole prison or forced to join the military so they can get their ignorant asses kicked into shape and have some RESPECT for private property.
