Earlier, I had an encounter with this insane vehicle. Those tires are as tall as my truck! These things are running all the time from the mine to the railhead to keep the powerplant in coal. The mines are strip mines, and were sending up enormous plumes of coal dust. I thought it was smoke from a fire.
