This is the switchback which will take us north almost all the way to the bottom. Here you can see the results of the 2003 Trapper Fire. We are looking south and slightly east at the top of the Garden Wall (Continental Divide). This side (west) of the Divide, the water starts flowing west. Yesterday we were at Iceberg Lake on the east side of the Divide and of course, the water flows east from there.
